Congress decided they needed yet another vacation from their work, so they took off St. Patricks day today. i am sure Ted Kennedy was thrilled that congress actually listened to him for once and took his suggestion of spending the day getting schlitzed instead of actually working. These douchebags need to get a fucking clue and do what they were elected to do-WORK. Fucking congress. Fuck Ted Kennedy.
